P and P Handyman Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by P & P Handyman Services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our  website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
• Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues or extra work are identified after work commences.
• Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Inform us of any known hazards or site conditions.
• Ensure pets, children, and personal belongings are kept clear of the work area.
• Obtain any necessary approvals or permissions required for the work.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.
• Materials purchased specifically for a project may require payment in advance.

6. Materials

• Materials supplied by P & P Handyman services remain the property of P & P Handyman services until paid for in full.
• Materials supplied by the customer are not covered by any workmanship warranty.

7. Workmanship Warranty

• We take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Any workmanship issues must be reported within 30 days of completion.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, pre-existing defects, or work altered by others.

8. Limitation of Liability

• P & P Handyman services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website Information

• Information on this website is provided for general information purposes only.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Privacy
